The Conservation Fund
Roberta oversees the Fund’s Mitigation Solutions Program, which is focused on partnerships with natural resource management agencies, infrastructure developers, and conservation organizations. She has responsibility for leading efforts on Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plans, species in-lieu fee programs and mitigation strategy.
Roberta joined the Fund in 2016. She brings with her 20 years of experience that includes field biology, environmental permitting/compliance and project management expertise. The majority of her permitting and compliance experience was focused in the energy sector. Prior to joining the Fund, Roberta was with The Williams Companies, where she managed the Natural Resources Permitting Department for their eastern interstate pipelines. Roberta brings a strong understanding of the project development process as well as in-depth knowledge of environmental review/regulatory processes including: FERC, NEPA, Section 401/404 Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act permitting and compliance, and Historic Preservation Act Section 106 compliance. Roberta also has significant experience with stakeholder engagement.
Roberta has a B.S. from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. from California University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
