Registration for NMEBC 2022
Same rates as 2021 – All registration fees include workshops!
Federal Government registration includes field trips.
Payment, Virtual and Cancellation Policies
Payment is required upon registration; however, Federal Government is able to register at Early (not Xtra Early), Advanced and Regular rates while their approval is pending.
Substitutions can be made at any time through the link provided in your confirmation email. Refunds are not provided per the cancellation policy below.
Should event be moved to another date and/or venue, attendees who are not able to participate will be able to access recordings or can send a substitute in their place.
Should event be moved to 100% virtual format, this would not be a cancellation of the event. All existing registrations would be reduced to the Extra Early Rate, and the difference between your current rate less the Extra Early Rate put towards NMEBC 2023 unless you request this difference be returned to you less 20% processing fee. The Extra Early rate is $100 less the Early Bird rate; $30 less for student.

|Speakers (government are usually provided a complimentary registration except when joint presentations or other circumstances require sharing of a registration or discounted fee; moderators and other speakers may be provided the xtra early or early rate, a discounted, or complimentary registration).|
|Supporters & Exhibitors (supporters and exhibitors are provided a certain number of comp and discounted registrations depending on their level – discount codes to be provided to register their attendees).|
|Virtual participation registration is at the same rate should someone not be able to attend in person. Virtual attendees will be able to access live stream of general sessions, connect with attendees via the event app and access the recorded content from recorded sessions.|
