Mark Tucker is the National Mitigation Banking Lead at Burns & McDonnell. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, designing, permitting, and marketing conservation banks and wetland mitigation bank projects and opportunities for Burns & McDonnell nationally. Mark has over 20 years of experience specializing in regulatory permitting, wetland science, habitat restoration, and threatened and endangered species monitoring in Southern California. This experience includes technical expertise in wetland delineation, biological surveys, mitigation planning, monitoring and analysis, permit compliance, and preparation of environmental documents. Mark is CRAM certified and trained in the application of HGM. He is a former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Project Manager and served as President (2007 and 2011) and Regional Director (2005-2006; 2008-2011) of the California Society of Ecological Restoration (SERCAL).
