Eoin Doherty strives to increase the environmental benefit of private and public dollars invested. Since joining Environmental Incentives, Eoin has used leading business and performance management concepts to improve the efficacy of conservation and mitigation programs. Eoin has substantial experience developing policy, conducting financial analyses, designing performance measures, and facilitating teams of agency staff, scientists and other stakeholders to targeted outcomes. Eoin has subject matter expertise in several areas ranging from climate change adaptation to compensatory species mitigation, and achievements include leading the design of the first habitat exchange to generate verified credits. Prior to joining Environmental Incentives, Eoin managed a software development department for one of the largest fresh produce distributors on the west coast, and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
