Brian has worked at EPA since 2004, primarily in Clean Water Act Section 404 regulatory program for the discharge of dredge and fill material in waters of the United States. He has also worked in EPA Region 4 in Atlanta and for the Portland District of the US Army Corps of Engineers. He currently works on program tracking and reporting, stream assessment and compensatory mitigation among other issues. Brian received a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire, a M.E.M. from Duke University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
