An Exhibit Services (TBD) will be managing our exhibit space set-up and coordinate with you on shipments. Exhibitors will receive an emailed packet of booth and shipping information as early as February.
The Conference will provide security in the exhibit hall during non-conference hours (from 7 p.m. through 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights). However, the conference does not guarantee security and urges exhibitors to take necessary precautions.
Exhibit Space & Cancellation Policy
Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority placement given to Title Supporters. A Floor plan is not provided until March 30, and upon request.
Refunds are limited to 80% and must be requested in writing no later than March 15, 2018. No refunds will be made after this date. Registration substitutions may be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. JT&A’s tax identification number is: 52-1355222.
