Fish and Wildlife Biologist

Charlotte Kucera is a Fish and Wildlife Biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. She works on Section 10 and Section 7 consultations for the Service as well as providing technical assistance to local, regional, and national mitigation and offset programs for the Service. Prior to her employment with the Service, she worked for the National Marine Fisheries Service and the Texas Department of Transportation where she worked with both species conservation and wetland mitigation banks. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Marine Science from the University of Texas.
